Terms of Service

Last updated: July 11, 2026

Service

Black Vector provides Hermes, an AI assistant for operational work. Hermes communicates through Telegram and can use integrations that a user explicitly connects.

Account and permissions

You are responsible for the Telegram account and third-party services that you choose to connect. By connecting a service, you confirm that you have authority to grant the requested access. You can disconnect a service when you no longer want Hermes to use it.

How Hermes acts

Hermes may generate suggestions, summaries, drafts, and analyses. Where a connected service can make a change, Hermes is designed to ask for confirmation before performing that change. You remain responsible for reviewing information and decisions before acting on them.

Third-party services

Telegram, Google, Yandex, OpenAI, and other services have their own terms, availability, and privacy practices. Black Vector is not responsible for outages, account restrictions, or changes made by those providers.

Acceptable use

Do not use Hermes to violate law, infringe the rights of others, compromise security, send spam, or access data without authorization.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms as the service develops. Material changes will be reflected by the update date on this page. Questions can be sent to sergey@black-vector.com.
